About 75 minutes from hello to handover. Times are typical. A nervous dog gets as long as it needs.

A slow brush to loosen tangles and dead coat before any water goes on.

Warm water and a gentle dog shampoo, rinsed out well.

A low, warm dryer and a brush, so the coat dries straight and the cut sits even.
