How long does a visit take?
A full groom takes about 75 minutes and a bath and tidy about 50. A nail trim adds about 10 minutes.
What do I need at home?
Just room to park the van, like your driveway or the curb out front. You hand your dog over at the door and we bring them back clean.
Do you need my power or water?
No. The van is self-contained, so we never plug in at your house or borrow your hose.
My dog is anxious or older. Is that OK?
Yes. There's no car ride, no crate and no other dogs around, which a lot of nervous and older dogs find easier. Tell us about your dog when you book and we'll go at their pace.
How do I pay?
You pay after the groom. Nothing is charged when you book online, and we text you to confirm the time and price first.
